Biomedical equipment, imported, refurbished and kept running
E-Engineering Enterprises imports, refurbishes, supplies, installs and services biomedical equipment for hospitals, surgical centres and private clinics across Pakistan. We work from Karachi.
Refurbishment happens in our own workshop rather than being subcontracted, and the engineers who rebuild a unit are the ones who commission it on site and attend it afterwards. That is the part that matters: a refurbished ventilator with no local biomedical engineer behind it is scrap metal with a warranty card.
We would rather sell a machine and the service contract that keeps it working than sell a machine and hear nothing until it fails.

What we supply
Anesthesia machines, ICU and transport ventilators, patient monitors, defibrillators, operating tables and surgical lighting, neonatal equipment, autoclaves, and infusion and syringe pumps. Each category page sets out what to check before buying in it.
How a purchase usually goes
You tell us the department, the bed count and the case mix. We tell you what is on the floor now, what is inbound, and what we can source — with the condition and what was replaced stated plainly. We survey the site, confirm power and gas, then deliver, commission, calibrate and train.
Why refurbished
The alternative for most Pakistani hospitals is a three to five month import cycle against a letter of credit. Refurbished equipment that is already in the country, properly rebuilt and locally serviced, puts working machines in front of patients sooner and at a fraction of the capital cost. The catch is that it only holds if someone locally can keep it running, which is the part we are built around.
